Our private birth suites offer a warm, home-like environment where you are encouraged to move freely, relax, and labor in the way that feels most comfortable to you. Rather than feeling like a traditional clinical setting, MOM provides a calm space where your birth experience can unfold naturally while you receive attentive, individualized care.

The Best of Modern Medicine & Natural Birth

Our midwives combine the best of modern, evidence-based maternity care with supportive, natural approaches to pregnancy, labor, and birth.

We believe birth is a natural process while recognizing the importance of careful monitoring, clinical expertise, and knowing when additional medical evaluation or intervention may be needed. Throughout your pregnancy and birth, our midwives provide individualized care focused on the health, safety, comfort, and preferences of both you and your baby.

For women with healthy, low-risk pregnancies, we encourage movement, different labor and birth positions, hydrotherapy, relaxation and breathing techniques, and other non-pharmacological comfort measures that can support the natural progression of labor.

Just as importantly, our midwives closely monitor you and your baby throughout the birth process. When circumstances fall outside the appropriate scope of birth center care, we have established protocols for consultation, referral, or transfer to a hospital when necessary.

At MOM, choosing a natural approach doesn't mean choosing between comfort and safety or between personalized care and modern medicine. It means having a knowledgeable birth team that respects the natural process of birth while using clinical expertise and evidence-based practices to guide your care.

Classes & Events

In order to support you during this unprecedented period, we provide classes aimed at preparing you for childbirth and caring for your newborn. These classes are available to all women in the South Florida community, irrespective of your chosen delivery location. Equipping you with essential tools throughout your journey, our classes aim to maintain your well-being and empower you during pregnancy.
